My first battle I'm subjected to 30 minutes of artillery fire just smacking me around while the Soviets slowly march up to my positions in the thick fog. It only gets better from there!. Excellent quality for the price. Absolutley brutal and sustained combat in this dlc. Still have not finished the first turn of the 23 turn campaign and have put in like 15 hours already. The fortifications west of novo alexandrovkiy with the barbed wire, the pre existing trenches with supporting fields of fire, the concrete pillboxes are great fun and the addition of panzernests adds some new spice for infantry. As the title of this DLC implies it's centered around large strategic offensives with big preparatory bombardments to soften up the well established defensive lines.This is the longest campaign to date in the series with the highest unit count aswell, in other words TOTAL WAR. After two ingame days some area's will look like WW1 wastelands, highly recommended for any fan of WW2 or realistic RTS games.. Biggest GT campaign yet. Very intense action. Excellent value for the money. This DLC is worth every penny.. It's the most epic, chaotic, grand offensive in the game, and I love it..
